SSF Intelligence assists its customers with the design and audit of their measures to combat corruption, with one objective: to provide reasonable assurance that their policies comply with both internal and regulatory requirements (FCPA, UKBA, Sapin II Act, etc.). We ensure that they are properly implemented and kept up to date.

Based on documentation and interviews with representatives of key departments (legal, purchasing, accounting, human resources, etc.), these checks are followed by operational recommendations to help our customers strengthen their procedures in key areas (code of conduct, internal warning system, risk mapping, third-party assessment procedures, training, etc.).
