The SSF Locator traveller tracking platform includes a two-way communication module.
From the interface, administrators can contact the travellers of their choice by SMS, email and/or Safety Check, either individually or collectively. This enables them to communicate the safety instructions appropriate to the situation. Travellers can respond via all the channels chosen by the sender.
All responses will be integrated directly into SSF Locator, in the communications tracking module.
This module makes it possible to integrate employee responses in real time, to filter employees and to produce live statistics.
